Nick’s Lock and Security LLC – Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

Payment for services is required at the time of service unless other arrangements are made. Customer-provided parts are not warrantable and are used as-is. Special orders require a 40% deposit upon acceptance of a quote to secure materials and job setup.

NET 30+ Clients

Payment for services rendered by Nick’s Lock and Security LLC is due within 30 days from the invoice date. Any payment not received within this time frame will be considered late. A late fee of 20% of the outstanding balance, or a minimum of $35 (whichever is greater), will be applied to all overdue invoices. Nick’s Lock and Security LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made in a timely manner. Clients are responsible for any legal fees or collection costs associated with overdue payments. This late fee policy is subject to change at the discretion of Nick’s Lock and Security LLC and will be applied in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

Warranty

Nick’s Lock and Security LLC provides a 30-day limited warranty on labor and company-supplied parts, subject to company approval. This warranty does not cover customer-supplied parts, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage unrelated to our services. If a warranty claim is denied, the customer may be billed for the full cost of services provided.

Cancellations & Dispatch

If a job is canceled after a technician has been dispatched, the customer may be charged the full service fee.

Right to Amend

Nick’s Lock and Security LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
